These terms apply to your use of the Australian AI Education website and courses. By using the site or enrolling in a course, you agree to them.
When you enrol, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the course and its materials for your own learning (or, for team purchases, for the named members of your organisation). You may not share your access, copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly post the course videos, workbooks or other materials.
All course content — videos, workbooks, templates, diagrams and reference materials — is the intellectual property of Australian AI Education. We teach the official Claude and Claude Cowork tools, but we are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by Anthropic, and our materials are our own original work.
A certificate of completion is issued when you finish a course. It recognises completion of our training and is not a formal accreditation.
Our courses are for education and general guidance only. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice, and you should confirm anything important against current law, regulation and the current product before relying on it. AI tools and their features change over time. To the extent permitted by law, we provide the courses "as is".
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the courses is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
